Convert group of PDF files to excel in batch

When I use the Adobe Export PDF app, I can select multiple pdf files and convert them in batch mode to excel files.  it seems to confer each separate pdf to it's own excel file.  I can live with that but would prefer to have them all converted to one excel file (with a tab for each pdf).  Is there a way to do this?

You can merge the data in all of them to a single Excel spreadsheet, but not as independent sheets.

I have not been able to merge them into on sheet.  I can select all the PDF's and convert, but it creates a separate sheet for each pdf.  Did you find a way to put them all in one excel file?

Are you talking about actually converting the files to Excel, or about exporting the data from them? If the former then I misunderstood you, and it's not possible.
