I have a table QC form that has 11x7 text fields and 11x7 drop list. When i prepare the form, all fields became text with perfect detection to cells.
however, when i tried to change it manually it no longer fit the cells perfectly. How can i convert selected text fields into droplist without losing the fit?

There's no built-in way in Acrobat to change a field's type, or even to tell the fields detection wizard which fields to create. The only way to automate this type of task is with a script, that removes the old fields and create new ones in their place, using the new field type.
