Convert single image files to single PDF in many subfolders storing them alongside source

I have quite a lot of image files, in many different folders, all within 1 parent folder.

These image files often contain text.
I can go into each individual folder, select each file, convert them to PDF, perform OCR.
However, I would like  to automate that: create a single PDF's of each single file, perform OCR on theat PDF and store it alongside the source file, using the same file name as the source.

So, like this.

X:\JPG\JPGFolder\FolderA\SomeJPGFile name.jpg

X:\JPG\JPGFolder\FolderA\SomeJPGFile name.pdf (OCR'd)

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

In Acrobat Pro use the Action Wizard for this.

Thank you so much for your quick reply! Truly appreciated.
I just discovered something I have never used so far and quickly wanted to delete my post, but a reply was already there.
Tools > Scan and OCR > Select folder

It works fine.
