Convert to pdfa issue

Hi guys,

i having an issue on convert pdf to pdfa will appear a prompt stated below. where else when i convert the pdf to word and to pdf again, after that i was able to use it to convert to pdfa. Need help on explain this. i totally had no idea if i can skip the step where i convert the file from pdf back to word and to pdf again before converting to pdfa

The document has been saved, however, it could not be converted according to the selected standard profile: Convert PDF/A. Please use Preflight with the profile "Convert to PDF/a" in order to identify those properties of the document which prevent it from being compliant to this profile."

Thank you for reaching out. As described above you are experiencing issue while converting PDF to PDF/A, correct?

You can save a copy of the PDF as PDF/X, PDF/A, or PDF/E, provided it complies with the specified requirements. For example, under certain circumstances, an ICC profile that describes the destination device is required for PDF/X-1a, PDF/X-3, and PDF/X-4 compliance. If your document doesn’t have an embedded ICC output profile, you can embed one before saving.

You can convert a PDF to a standards-compliant PDF using the Standards wizard.
