converting from .pdf to .pdfA - multiple files

Hi - I am running Adobe Acrobat Pro 2023.006.20360.0  I have thousands of .pdf files I need to convert to .pdfA in order to comply with information keeping guidelines...does Acrobat have a function I can use to perform this automatically to save myself many manhours of work ???

To expand a bit, in the Action Wizard create a new Action and add a "Save" command from the "Save and Export" panel. Then click the Specify Settings buttons underneath it (in the right-hand pane) and select "Export files to Alternate Format" and then select PDF/A from the list:

Now you can run this Action on your files and they'll be converted to PDF/A. Note this will overwrite the originals, though. If you want to change that you can do so in the same dialog as above, by adding a pre-/suffix to the file-names.
