Please tell me there is some GURU here than can help me take y handwritten cursive notes from my grandmother and convert them into a typed document. Please teach me I have looked on this forum for hours and dont see how to complete this action.

Not with Acrobat. Look for a stronger OCR engine, maybe one that uses AI.
