Converting PDF to Excel- Offline

After spending 30 minutes speaking to a 'technician' for them to tell me that this service isn't supported over chat or call- is any one able to help me with a problem?-

I currently have the Adobe Export PDF plan (bought yesterday for a specific task). Each time I convert a PDF it uploads and then downloads, which takes a lot of time and data. I live in a remote area, and have over 100 PDFs to convert- so this is quite inefficient and painful!

Is there a way I can convert them offline??

Buy Adobe Acrobat DC, install and use it.
