converting pdf to jpg

I purchased Adobe PDF Pack today - it includes converting a pdf to jpg;

HOW do I DO it?  I can't find the option for doing this & I was supposed to have this done today.

Please help!  Thank you.

Are you sure? It used to be able to.

You are correct. May be only available using a browser.

Subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack, but still can't convert PDF to JPG/PNG

I have an issue with this, when I use the abdobe converter to convert PDF to JPG it frustratingly has grid lines there, I do not want the gridlines but I cant see any setting options at all for the PDF to JPG converter page
