Hej guys,
Need a bit of help.
I have made a health questionnaire and uploaded into Editable PDF forms to create and editable version to send to clients.
Most of the questions are "tick 1-10" and check boxes underneath each number.
When i uploaded it, Adobe outomatically converted the cells into "text" boxes instead of "check" boxes...
Is there any way i can change all these over to check boxes instead rther then doing manually as theres like hundreds of boxes...
Also when i do manually they dont all come out uniformly organised.
Thanks so much
Justina

You can't convert them directly, unfortunately, but you can use a script to create check-boxes where those text fields are located, and then delete the latter.
I've developed a (paid-for) tool that allows you to do it very quickly. You can find it here: http://try67.blogspot.com/2010/10/acrobat-convert-form-fields-type.html
