copy form fields from one page to another

Acrobat Pro DC 20.012.20041, Windows 10 ... Trying to copy & paste multiple selected fields from one form to another (both files in forms edit mode) or even from one page to another within the same file. I've seen other posts where this problem was resolved by having both files in single-page view, or an xobject setting in preferences/display ... doesn't work for me. Some fields don't paste at all into the target form, some paste the first of multiple selected fields. It's been a year or so since I last worked with forms, but I'm familiar with creating forms and have never had an issue with this until now, really need it with current set of forms. Hope someone has a fix! Thanks.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described some of the form field doesn't paste at all into the target form.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF form or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If its a file specific issue please share the file with us for testing.

Since you are already using the latest version 20.12.20041, please try to repair the installation and see if that makes any difference. Go to Help > Repair Installation.

If it still doesn't work, please try to turn off the protected mode for testing and check. Go to Edit > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Turn off the Protected Mode and Uncheck the Enhanced Security > Click Ok > Reboot the application and try again to cpoy and paste the form fields.

If it still doesn't work ,please try to create a new test user profile in Windows and try using the application there and check.
