I have Acrobat Pro and frequently use copy and paste to create forms, signature fields, etc. Since yesterday, those options are unavailable. I've restarted, I've created new documents with the fields, but no matter what I do I am not able to copy and/or paste. Please help - this is hindering my work tremendously.

What does it say under the Security tab in the file's Properties dialog (typically under the File menu)?

No security. I've uninstalled and reinstalled hoping that would fix it but it did not.

Here's a shot of what I typically do - select and copy the signature fields. That option is grey.

I have the same problem. Mac Studio M1, Sonoma 14.5 Acrobat Pro 2024.002.20893

Cut, Copy, Paste all disabled on every PDF

All settings open, no security involved, quite simple PDFs (no autofills, no forms, etc.)

Already tried everything I've read about on the forum, including deleting and rebuilding the plist, no love there

It's driving me crazy because I have a few hundred PDFs I need to do this with. I can't be positive, but I think this problem just arouse a week or two ago. Please help, thanks.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

As you have the recent version of the application, please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here (https://adobe.ly/3VWEtdr)

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in MAC (https://adobe.ly/3ztiOC6) and try using the application there and check.
