Copying content from one single-slide file to another single-slide file

I have a blank template PDF doc with a single slide that comes with a custom header. There's a chart in an Excel doc that will end up on that slide. Currently the chart is printed to PDF, the chart is copied, then the chart is pasted into the template.

This is done for many templates and I'm looking to speed up the process. Is there a more automated way to copy content from one PDF file into another PDF file? Alternatively, is there a way to print the Excel chart directly into the template PDF.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

You can add the template file as the background of the new one, using the Add Background tool in Acrobat, under Tools - Edit PDF.

Hi @Jose258777595ae6

You can use Actions and Batch feature in ACrobat to do the same for all PDFs together using custom actions.

If I have forty PDFs with charts, each with their own header, is there a way to add the header as a background to each one in one process, or would I have to add the background one at a time? In my case the charts are updated at certain times of the year, so the headers would need to be added each time.
