creating a large format PDF (roll format)

To whom it may concern,

I am an Acrobat XI Pro user, and I want to create a large format PDF document using a CAD program.

After specifying the information in printing window, everything on printing preview seems to be OK. However, after giving the printing command, when I choosethe name and file to save the document, it fails to create a PDF document.I also tried the same process on Autocad and the results are as below:

1st CAD program                                                                            2nd CAD program (Autocad)

-A4 PDF can be created                                                                 -A4 PDF can be created

-A3 PDF can be created                                                                 -A3 PDF can be created

-9520 mm X 300 mm roll PDF cannot be created                          -9520 mm X 300 mm is specified but 2965 mm X 300 mm is created instead.
