Creating a response file

New Here ,
Jun 09, 2022 Jun 09, 2022

I have approximately 70 completed PDF documents and I originally was looking for a way to extract this data into an Excel file. As I read through this community, I'm seeing an option to add them to a response file to aggregate the data. I've not been able to find how to create this response file - can anyone assist?

Hi Cheryl

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/collecting-pdf-form-data.html and see if that works for you.

Amal

Focus on the "Merge exported data files to a spreadsheet" section of that page. You don't really need to use a response file at all.

I'll try that without a response file, thanks! That's really all I want.
