This usually happens when Acrobat and your Creative Cloud plan aren’t syncing correctly. Even though Creative Cloud Pro includes Acrobat, the AI Assistant is still being rolled out as an add-on in some regions.
Try these steps:
Sign out of your Adobe account in Acrobat and sign back in to refresh the license.
Go to Help → Check for Updates to make sure you’re on the latest version.
Check your Adobe account page
to see if Acrobat AI Assistant shows under your active services.
If it still asks for payment, reach out to Adobe Support through chat — they can verify your plan and enable access if it’s already included.
It’s usually a quick fix once support re-syncs the entitlement on their end.

Hi @Safi Marroun,
An AI assistant is an add-on subscription.
You may check plans here: https://adobe.ly/4ozHddL. It is now included in a separate variant called Acrobat Studio.
@Jim_Rick6879 - That is not correct. An AI assistant is an additional offering, even if you have a Creative Cloud subscription.
Best regards,
