Creative cloud signed in, but not apps!

New Here ,
Jan 07, 2025 Jan 07, 2025

I have a subscribtion through school and it is working on one PC. On my other PC, the creative cloud recognizes my account, but the other apps do not. If I open the Acrobat and try to sign in I get this message "adobe initalizing registeration please try after a minute". If I open Adobe Premiere or Photoshop it tells me it can't connect to Adobe servers, error code 20400. I tried every solution I found, including reparing the installation, uninstall and reinstall, clearing the host files, and trying Adobe connections to CS6 and CS5.5...etc. None of them is working!

They used to work on this PC and the other PC at the same time without any problem.

Thanks for help.

Hello!

I'm sorry you're having trouble with Adobe Creative Cloud on your second PC. To resolve the issue, ensure your PC is connected to the internet and that there are no network restrictions. Try signing out of your Adobe account and signing back in, and make sure your Creative Cloud app is up to date. Running the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool may help fix installation issues. If the problem persists, reach out to Adobe Support with the error code 20400 for further assistance. I hope this helps!

This didn't solve the problem. I am not sure if you really understand what the problem is.

If you're unable to launch Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign on your second PC, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try. First, ensure your PC is connected to the internet and that no network restrictions are blocking Adobe services. Try signing out of your Adobe account and signing back in, then check if your Creative Cloud app is up to date. If the issue persists, running the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool may help resolve any installation problems. For further assistance, contacting Adobe Support with the error code 20400 is recommended. Hope this helps!
