Custom Background Color for PDF 'Open in web browser or New Window'

How to change the background color for PDF when open in web browser? Please see over my below screenshot, i want change the red highlighted area into yellow

yellow color. Please guide me.

Not possible with the Adobe applications, but since you're opening it in a browser it's likely you're not using one of those anyway...
