Data Aggregation Between PDF Forms & Excel

I am interested in taking data from an excel file, and having it uploaded into separate PDF forms.  I would like each unique "ID" (row) listed in excel to have its own PDF/Form, that can be edited.  If a unique "ID" is a row in excel, the columns for a respective row are data points that I would like to have populated within the respective PDF. 

Can anyone confirm if this is possible?  And if so, how to produce?

It is possible but you will have do some advanced PDF scripting along with using the Template object in a non-standard manor. You will also have to convert the Excel file to a tab delimited file format since Acrobat no longer support ODBC or ADBC.
