I'm using Adobe Acrobat X Pro to edit the pdf form and make it reader extended enabled>Enabled Additional Feature .

After edit and save the file, i noticed that :

1) when user fill in data in online pdf form then save the form to desktop, that data that was fill-in not saved. User is  using google chrome browser.

2) If i download from google chrome browser, and saved the online pdf form into desktop, then open back the form from desktop, fill-in the data and saved the file, that data is saved and not lost.

How to solve the problem? I want the user when fill-in the data online, that data when saved is not lost.

Contact the support of Google. No Adobe software is involved.

Google uses its own pdf viewer and it really, really hates pdf forms. You cannot use the Adobe Reader plug-in in Chrome.
