I'm using the current version of Acrobat DC on Windows 7 and having two issues.
I inserted a date field but the calendar does not appear nor does the little drop down arrow.
The other issue is that I want to insert a button field and that doesn't seem to be an option. The only icons or field types I see are:

Click on Tools - Prepare Form and then click on "More" at the right side of the window and then on "Revert to Acrobat Form".
