DC reader 2017 print initialization error

We are running DC reader 2017 version 2017.012.20098. This is the up to date version. We are running adobe on a Windows 2012 R2 RDS farm. We have setup the farm to use user profile disks instead of roaming profiles. When a user goes to print a pdf they get "Tthere was an error during initization. An error occurred while printng the document" The document could not be printed. An error occurred while printing the document.

I have the same version installed on my pc and can print the pdf file. The pdf file is stored on a file share, so we know the file is a good file and not corrupted. It works on my pc but not on the RDS servers.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you still experiencing this issue with Reader DC?

How about the level of access user has to this location/directory: \AppData\Roaming

If you have already found a resolution/workaround to this query, please reply to third with your findings that will help.
