Default Font In "Prepare Form"

New Here ,
Dec 24, 2018 Dec 24, 2018

When converting a blank form into a fillable format, there is a considerable amount of time converting the font, check-box and other properties to the settings I prefer for the forms I design. Is there a way to set these properties up in Acrobat so that the program will have these properties as the default as opposed to whatever it is now?

It's not possible to change the defaults used by this wizard, unfortunately, but it is possible to change the properties of multiple fields all at once, using a script.

For example, I've developed this (paid-for) tool that allows you to do it: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Mass Edit Fields Properties

And if you always want to use the same settings then it's possible to create a tool that will do it with a single click!

Hi Dewellc,

Currently, there is no option to change the default properties of the form field.

You may share your suggestion to add this feature with the team over here Feature Request/Bug Report Form

Let us know if you need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi
