Default values not displaying

Hi

I'm creating an editable form and have entered values in the Prepare Form/Properties/Options/Default Value but it is not displaying.

I've done this before and it has worked. I wondered if anyone had any ideas on what I have wrong.

Hi!

I'm having somewhat of the same issue and I'm wondering if there's another solution (because I don't have a reset button on the form).

Is that the only way to use default text is by having a reset button?
