I have acrobat docs that are formatted to print address labels (Avery 5160). There are some duplicate contacts. Is it possible to remove common contacts from Document B that appeared in Document A?
The contacts appear as 4 line entires: Name; Corporation; Street Address; City, State, Zip
I need to remove (or identify) only contacts that are common to both docs.
(In some other applications this is referred to as a boolean operation)
Thank You

Hi,
The best explanation that I could find for advanced searches or "boolean query search" is in this link:
Please see the tips in this link: https://www.epa.gov/home/how-search-words-or-phrases-pdf-document
here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/searching-pdfs.html
and here: https://acrobatusers.com/forum/general-acrobat-topics/other-boolean-operators/

Thanks these are very helpful. But I believe these search option require input of specific words/phrases etc. This is one way to test for duplicates. But this will not indicate ALL entries that are common to 2 or more docs. What I need to do is compare 2 or more docs, and determine ALL names/addresses that are COMMON TO BOTH. I suspect this may not be possible.

Well in that case all you have to do is to choose tools and then select compare documents. Your question was also a little confusing when you added the boolean operation detail; now that you have phrased it differently is easier to figure out what you meant by boolean operation.
If, on the other hand, what you meant by boolean operation is a javascript that can return a true or false answer by comparing if certain conditions are met through the use of "If" statements, no I cannot help with that as i am still learning javascripting, but Im sure there are plenty of tutotrials, adobe forum users, and other sources in the web accessible to you.
You can also go to tools, select Action Wizard and define an action by customizing it.
The action tools that would best apply to you your case is an advanced search incombination with the commented pages extraction plugin.
For your convenience, i am adding the following link, where you can download different actuons plugins:
