The digital signature profile has nothing to do with your account, but if you forgot the password for it there's nothing that can be done about it. Just create a new one.

Thank. That's funny. That's exactly the opposite of what the guy on the phone from India said. I did create a new one today initially because I couldn't remember the old one. (Who remembers a password they use once every 18 months?). It doesn't work. Or is there ANOTHER password I'm supposed to remember and use that I now need to change?

What do you mean by "it didn't work", exactly? What were the results?

Also, are you signing a digital signature field, or are you using something like Adobe Sign?

You choose it when you make the password.

You can't change it.

You can't get it back if you lose it.
