A digital ID requires the pin, so if you need a digital ID, you cannot eliminate the pin.
You can delete your digital ID - choose Preferences > Signatures. In Identities & Trusted Certificates, and click More. Select Digital IDs on the left, and then select the digital ID to remove, Click Remove ID. Enter the password, and then click OK.
If you want to keep the digital ID, you can save some time by making it the default. Choose Preferences > Signatures. In Identities & Trusted Certificates, click MOre. Click Digital IDs and then select the digital ID you wan t use as the default. CLick the Usage Options button and choose a task for which you want the digital ID as the default. To specify the digital ID for more than one task, click the Usage Options button again and select another option.

trying to figure out why my digital signature is all of a sudden requiring a pin/password... I don't remember the pin/password, so I can't enter that when trying to sign a document. How do I reset the pin/password for my digital signature? It's not my Adobe password, I tried that and it's not working.
