Digital signature validation - how to in Brazil?

Hello, i having problems to validate my company digital signature. Acrobat doesn't recognize or accept the brazilian certificate authority - "Autoridade Certificadora Raiz Brasileira v1” e "Autoridade Certificadora Raiz Brasileira v2". As I search on web, this happens since 2016 and you still didn't update your AATL – Adobe Approved trust list. I'm having problems with a client, that asked for the Contract with the digital signature validated and I can't do it!!

How to resolve that? I did some procedure I found on web, but it only resolves it locally.

Request to add a root certificate to the AATL has to be made by the certificate authority.
