Disable Optimization

Guest

I cannot turn off/disable the Optimize Scanned PDF option. Unchecking the option in the Custom Scan dialog does nothing (it still runs the optimization as soon as the paper finishes scanning). Turning off all the Optimize Scanned PDF options also does nothing. Going under the Tools menu and turning off all the options there does nothing. No matter what I do, it runs the optimization as soon as the paper finishes scanning. How do I turn this off?!

David.

Just based on your question, I'm going to assume you mean Acrobat Pro (and not Premiere Pro) and move your post there. But let me know if I've moved it to the wrong place.

Sue.

Hi David.

I think you may have posted in the wrong forum (this is for Capture CC). Which app are you using (Adobe Scan maybe)?

Let me know and I'll move your post.

Sue.
