Hi Prachi,
As I understand, you are trying to create a signature field on which the user can only add signature via Draw option.
If that is what you are looking for, it can be done when you send a document for signature using Adobe Sign.
In Adobe Sign, go to Account > Account Settings > Signature Preferences.
Under the headline "Allow recipients to sign and initial by", uncheck all the boxes except "Drawing a handwritten signature and initials on the screen using mouse, stylus or their finger".
Then click on the "Save" tab at the bottom of the screen to save the changes.
Would like to inform you that this setting is only available for the Adobe Sign business-level accounts.
I see that you are subscribed to the Adobe Acrobat DC which includes Adobe Sign individual level service.
However, you may try once contacting the support team and check with them if this can be enabled for your account from there end.
