Document could not be completely compared

New Here ,
Oct 10, 2017 Oct 10, 2017

Hallo Gemeinschaft

Heinz

Hello Heinz,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Note: There is no such Adobe product Adobe Reader DC Pro, as Adobe Reader is a free software and Acrobat Pro DC is a paid software.

As per the issue description that you are not able to compare two PDF files, assuming you are using Acrobat Pro DC, please check for the latest updates of Acrobat Pro DC from Help Menu>Check for updates.

You can download and install the latest updates manually through  Overview — Acrobat and Adobe Reader Release Notes

You may also refer and try the troubleshooting steps from the following KB docs Acrobat could not compare the documents completely.

"Acrobat could not compare the documents completely. Do you want to see the report anyway?"

Getting "Acrobat could not compare the documents completely"

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
