Domain password change breaks shared review access

Hello.

This is long and tangled, forgive me.

My work domain requires periodic password changes. Before the latest required password change, I had a shared review going on a SharePoint server that I could get into with ease. After that password change, I can open existing shared review files but I cannot check for new comments or post new responses. I get error messages that all mention that my login credentials are expired or invalid. (See attached PDF of the screenshots.)

One other weird thing is that I get a popup inside Acrobat that says that my browser needs to be upgraded. I pressed the update button and it fooled around with Microsoft Edge. Despite this browser upgrade, I still get that nag screen when I first open a shared review file and also when I try to check for new comments.

Just for grins, I setup a new shared review using a new PDF. Everything went perfectly smoothly: the shared review file and the shared review folder were both created on the SharePoint. However, I cannot post new comments to this new review for the same reasons I mentioned above.

As you might imagine, this is a critical problem and so I'll appreciate any input and suggestions.

Thanks in advance,

Bill

I just got feedback from one of my reviewers. They are now having the same top-level issues that I am having: they can get into the shared review file but cannot add comments or check for new comments. They are presented with an option to work offline when the review file is first opened. Unlike I,  however, they didn't get the update-browser nag screen.

Somewhow the problem magically resolved itself. In speaking with Adobe, the Level 3 support guy said that there had been an issue with the Chrome framework they use and that the fix had been passed along to users. I don't recall seeing anything about an update to Acrobat, but who cares– the problem is resolved. Heck, even the problem about Acrobat not automatically creating the review PDF at the beginning of a shared review is working. I am a very happy camper right now.
