download acrobat X Pro simplified Chinese version

Hi,

I have purchased the Simplified Chinese version of Acrobat Pro X a few years ago. After I reinstall my computer last week, I found that the installation media is lost, I only kept the serial in my email. May I know where can I download the correct version of this application please? I tried English version, but it seems my serial does not match with it.

It seems works with Japanese version but I have no idea  about Japanese. Either Traditional or simplified Chinese are good for me.

I also tried Google/bing this topic, it only brings me to a download page as follow: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

unfortunately, I can not locate the correct language version.

install the japanese version > click edit > preferences > language > chinese (or match os if your os is chinese).

you may need to experiment to find those options.

Tried install Japanese version then [Ctrl+k] to Preference, fond the language/international options. Then all done.
