Download and activation

Good afternoon! I have an Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 ML license AOO License RU (65258631), purchased for the company (TLP 5.0 LICENSE PROGRAM - CORPORATE). I can't download this software anywhere on the official Adobe websites. I downloaded Acrobat_DC_Web_x64_WWMUI, but it asks me to log in to the site every time. However, I do not know under which username there is an account for my company, since the previous admins did not leave this data. (perhaps such an account does not exist). I just want to enter the existing serial number of the license and use the purchased product. How do I do this?
