Druckerproblem

Ich bräuchte eure Hilfe,

Ich kann nicht mehr drucken. Als Bild drucken funktioniert, aber der Normale Druck geht nicht,da kommt dann immer beim Drucker: ... kann nicht geöffnet werden.

Wer kann mir helfen?

The printer configured to the Adobe Acrobat should be compatible and driver should be up to date.

you may refer to the help document Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader and follow the troubleshooting steps suggested to fix the printer's problem.

Check the application's update too, launch Acrobat>Help>Check for update.

Can you also confirm what is the version of Adobe Acrobat application you are working on and also the printer?

As its the Adobe Reader DC2019.009.20044 then we would suggest you to install the latest patch of Acrobat and see if that helps
