Duplicate Overlapping Signature

Hi, 

We send out documents for clients to sign all the time and they have been coming back with the signature duplicated and overlapping. 

Any idea how to fix this?

You need to ask the user how (and where) they signed the file.

Thank you for your response. They sign from their computer through us requesting an e-signature on a document. I spoke to adobe and they basically said we would have to buy Adobe Sign, which doesnt make any sense because we have other documents that get sent out just fine, its only this one specific one.
