E-Sign Not Working

I am trying to create an e-sign document.  I upload the PDF and when i select "e-sign" at the top, it prepares the document and I see the e-sign field selections populate on the left of the scree, but then I get an error that says "Sorry, something went wrong" and then i am sent back to the Document Upload screen.  This has been going on for 24 hours.

Are you still experiencing the issue? If so, let us know if you have made any changes recently.
