E-Signature not Functioning Properly

Hello-

E-signature is not working for me.   When I go to send the documents to other people for them to sign once the document converts to Prepare i click in the signature box but it brings up a cursor to move the box not the e symbol to sign it.  Please advise.

Thank you for reporting this. This is the expected workflow. When we send documents to others for signing, after the document is converted to the "Prepare" form, you'll be able to add signature fields for the recipients to sign. If the issue persists, could you please share the workflow and a screenshot? That will help us resolve the issue more efficiently for you.
