Hi @Rob24692544bb9x

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thank you for reaching out.
I checked your Sign Account details. The account seems to be active and working, with no issues.

If you’re encountering the error message “E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later” in Adobe Acrobat, this typically indicates a temporary disruption in the e-signature services. This can be due to various reasons, including server issues, account status, or local application problems. Please try the following and let us know how it works:

       1. Check Adobe Acrobat Sign Service Status:

  •      Before proceeding with other steps, verify if there’s a known service outage.
  •      Visit https://adobe.ly/3YKZVo1 to check the current status of Adobe Acrobat Sign services.

·     2. Sign Out and Restart:

  •      Sign out of your Adobe account within Acrobat.
  •      Close the application and restart your computer.
  •      Reopen Acrobat and sign back in with your Adobe ID.
  •      This can refresh your session and resolve temporary glitches.

·     3. Update Adobe Acrobat:

  •      Ensure you’re using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat.
  •      Go to Help > Check for Updates within the application.
  •      Installing the latest updates can fix known bugs and compatibility issues.

·      4. Try a Different Browser or Network:

  •      If you’re using the web version, try switching to a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) to see if the issue persists.
  •      Alternatively, try accessing the service from a different network to rule out local connectivity issues.

·      5. Use Adobe Acrobat Online:

  •      Attempt to send the document for signature using the online version: Adobe Acrobat Online.
  •      This can help determine if the issue is specific to the desktop application.

·

·      6. Clear Credential Manager Entries (Advanced):

  •      Some users have resolved the issue by clearing outdated credentials:
  •      On Windows, open Credential Manager via the Control Panel.
  •      Remove any entries related to Adobe Acrobat Sign.
  •      Restart your computer and try accessing the service again.

o     Note: Proceed with caution and consider seeking IT support when performing this step

  ~Tariq

I am attempting to send a document out for others to sign.  On the desktop app I no longer have the option and on the web version I get the error message.

I have attempted all of the solutions provided.  I just finished clearing out the certifications and rebooting and still have the same issue.

Same error in both desktop app and browser when clicking "Request e-signatures"

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing the exact same error both in the desktop app and in the browser, so it doesn’t seem to be related to a local installation issue.

The error occurs when I click on "Request e-signatures". Nothing happens, or I receive an error message.

I’ve tried the following steps without success:

  • Restarting my PC

  • Reinstalling the desktop app

  • Trying different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)

  • Clearing cache and cookies

Is anyone else seeing this issue? Any known fix?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Palle

I have done the same, and this has led to a complete work stoppage for me. I have tried all the options Tariq noted, and nothing works.

I'm glad they were able to fix the problem for you. Do you know what steps they took, or was it entirely on their side?

LATEST

My company had to get me a new license for adobe sign. It seems like they took e-sign capabilities from the standard corporate adobe license.
