edited pdf changes size and format once i save? can you help

Hi there i have edited a pdf and when i re save it via acrobat it makes it out of normal alingment

Can anyone please help?  id be so greatful

Can you please confirm the following:

1. Adobe products purchased with order number

2. Operating system & its version.

It will help to investigate further.
