Editing without tracking.

I have adobe acrobat DC. I want to be able to edit a PDF without anyone being able to track changes. Can I do that with this program and how? thanks

Sounds fishy to me. And let me say this: there is always a possibility to track changes. This said, the "Edit PDF"-functionality does not track changes. I would, however, not bet my life on the fact that nobody will detect the changes.
