EDS is not installed in the Adobe Reader

Добрый вечер!

У нас есть ЭЦП в Випнете.

Через Adobe Reader пытаемся подписать документ, но при подписании выдает ошибку:

не удалось закончить создание этой подписи

ошибка превышения размера

неподдерживаемый алгоритм открытых ключей

Может кто знает в чем может быть причина?

Вариант установить Криптопро пдф не подошел, т.к. нет криптопро csp, только Випнет и подпись только от него.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are receiving error when trying to sign pdf in Reader, is that correct?

Could you let us know dot version of Reader and the operating system installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
