I have been using Adobe Acrobat Pro to esign contracts since March 20
i would like to down load a list of the email addresses we have used since that date in a manageable form CSV or similar. is there any way of doing this instead of manually going through and harvesting the data from each contract?
struggling to ask tech support but hoped there was a way to do this thank you

Hi,
I hope you are doing well, and apologize for the delayed response and trouble.
To answer your question about downloading a list of email addresses used in e-signatures through Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe doesn't directly offer a way to export email addresses from signed contracts in bulk. However, you may be able to access email addresses from the audit trail or the document's signing history, which can be exported.
Here are some helpful Adobe articles to guide you:
Adobe Sign – Audit Trail and Signing History:
How to View and Download the Audit Trail in Adobe Sign
This article explains how to access and download the audit trail, which includes email addresses of signers and other details related to the signing process.
Adobe Sign – Report Generation:
Adobe Sign Reports Overview
You can generate reports in Adobe Sign, which may contain relevant data, including email addresses. Though it's not a direct export of email addresses, you may be able to extract this information from the generated report.
Adobe Acrobat – Managing Signed Documents:
Managing Signatures in Adobe Acrobat
This article explains how to manage and review signed documents, including how to track form submissions and signing status.
You can use the Adobe Sign web interface to download the report with signing details or utilize the audit trail to gather the email addresses used for signing. Unfortunately, a direct CSV download for emails specifically isn't offered, but these reports may provide the information you're looking for.
Let us know if this helps!
Thanks,
Anand Sri.
