Enable Page scrolling as default in Acrobat Reader Dc

Is there any option to enable the following by default?

View > Page Display > Enable Scrolling

I looked under preferences and cannot find it anywhere, it is so annoying that anytime you open a document you have to go to View > Page Display > Enable Scrolling to get scrolling to work.  There should be a default enabled somewhere.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It's under Edit (or the app menu, if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - Page Display. Set the Page Layout option to "Single Page Continuous".
