Enfocus pitstop

I have a problem. When I enable color change in Enfocus, the Acrobat pitstop turns off

I reinstalled macos. I reinstalled Acrobat and Enfocus Pitstop. When I try to turn on the inspector, Acrobat turns off. I don't have the strength for it anymore.
