Hello, I'm trying to log in to Adobe to be able to edit PDFs, but I'm getting error 12000. I've uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled it, but I'm still getting the same error. We have an internet connection because otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to reinstall it.
i tryed ipconfig /flushdns
coul you help me?

Thanks - it seems we had a firewall issue that was the problem. As soon as this resolved, I could log on.
Thanks for responding.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error message for more clarity?
Also, try remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works.
Let us know how it goes.

I have the same problem. What ultimately worked? I uninstalled and reinstalled. Did the cleaner, shut down and then reinstalled and that did not work.....TIA

Hi @William32425809ebk9 , Try opening Adobe Distiller. After that, I was lucky that the Adobe applications allowed me to log in again.
