Error al editar imágenes y objetos

New Here ,
Apr 24, 2023 Apr 24, 2023

Hola,

Hi @Iñigo29520096q15u

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

As a first step, I suggest checking the version of Acrobat DC you're using and updating it to the recent version 23.01.20143 if you haven't done so already. This might resolve the issue you're experiencing. You can check for updates by going to Help > Check for updates.

If you've already updated and the issue persists, I suggest temporarily disabling the "Enable protected mode at startup" feature to see if it resolves the problem. You can do this by going to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > Enhanced Security > uncheck the box next to "Enable protected mode at startup" > click OK and reboot your computer.

Note: Please keep in mind that turning off the security feature should only be a temporary measure to test the issue, and it's essential to turn it back on to avoid any security risks.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue and keep us posted on the results.

Regards

Amal

hi amal
Thanks for your answer.
The problem has disappeared by disabling "enable protected mode at startup".
But, if this solution can only be temporary, what could be the definitive solution?
Regards,
Inigo
