Hi, help me please. I sent 4 hour to solve this problem. I read all post of this forum but it didn't help me. I cleaned temp folder, I restarted services, restart computer, but nothing didn't help me. Can you suggest me what to do?

can you confirm the exact version of the software and operating system you are using?
Also, did you update/upgrade or install anything new before this issue happened?
