Error Message: Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer 19.10 has stopped working

New Here ,
Dec 14, 2018 Dec 14, 2018

How can I get the following error message -- "Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer 19.10 has stopped working" -- to stop showing up whenever I try to use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC? I can't find the program in order to close the program. I have to click the X box dozens of times to get the error to disappear so I can even read or edit a PDF. It's making me nuts!

Hi Marcel,

Thanks for the info!

We looked into the dumps but could not find any useful information!

Request you to provide more dumps. Please ensure synchronizer is in crashed state and you don’t close the crash window of synchronizer while creating dump.

Also, I wanted to inform you that

Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update (19.012.20034)  is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

More information about this release is here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Please try this latest Acrobat and let us know if you face the issue again!

Thanks for your patience and support!

Regards,

Arvind
