How can I get the following error message -- "Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer 19.10 has stopped working" -- to stop showing up whenever I try to use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC? I can't find the program in order to close the program. I have to click the X box dozens of times to get the error to disappear so I can even read or edit a PDF. It's making me nuts!

Hi Marcel,
Thanks for the info!
We looked into the dumps but could not find any useful information!
Request you to provide more dumps. Please ensure synchronizer is in crashed state and you don’t close the crash window of synchronizer while creating dump.
