Error message when checking for comments on adobe web

New Here ,

Hi,

I have an error message when trying to check for comments.

The side panel does appear when clicking on the comment icon. It indicates that there is a comment but does not display the actual comment.

When clicking on the comment icon once again we get an error message saying: '' The page has expired. Reload this page (Ctrl + R) to continue. ''

Just for context, the pdf is being viewed in MS Edge in this particular case. MS Edge has been updated to the lastest version Version 133.0.3065.59.

Also tried Chrome, same issue there.

The comments can be viewed just fine in a desktop app when the pdf file is downloaded.

Any clue to why we get this error in a web version?

Thanks !

@Simply tech Have you tried viewing the comments on a desktop version? This problem is likely due to how web browsers handle and render PDF content, especially when it comes to interactive elements like comments. The built-in PDF viewer settings within Edge or Chrome might have options that affect how comments are displayed or loaded. Your browser might be loading an outdated or cached version of the PDF that doesn't include the comment data correctly. So, go ahead and clear the cookies, cache and history.
