The page won't scan through for editing

The blue progress bar bottom right won't finish

Then I get this error

I don't use the OCR

I've been using AA on another device, don't know if this is connected ?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download it to your computer locally and then try again and check.

 

Make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20169 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also please go through the correct answer marked in the similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/adobe-acrobat-dc-has-encountered-an-unknown-error... and see if that works.
